Using Crochet Union:
What can be bought on Crochet Union:
Crochet Union is a marketplace meant for the sale of PDF crochet patterns. Approved Vendors can customize their shop and list PDF crochet patterns that they have designed themselves, and have been tested by two or more testers, tech edited, or both.
These patterns can then be bought from the Vendor via Crochet Union’s software.
What can’t be bought on Crochet Union:
Crochet Union is meant for the sale of PDF crochet patterns and nothing else. Vendors may not list any product other than a PDF crochet pattern that meets our requirements.
Any listings for anything other than a PDF crochet pattern that meets the requirements on the page linked above will be removed from the site promptly, and the Vendor who listed it will be put under review.
If you find a listing you believe does not meet these requirements, please let the Crochet Union Team know by emailing us at crochetunion@gmail.com.
Creating a Maker Account:
Creating a Maker account can be done by clicking the link in the navigation bar “Log In/Register” and entering your best email address. You will then be taken to your Account Dashboard.
You will receive an email with a link to set your password immediately after registration.
We suggest filling out your Account Details and adding your Billing Address after signing up before buying a pattern.
Using a Maker Account:
A Maker account can be used to purchase any crochet pattern listed on Crochet Union, send Inquiries (questions about patterns to shop owners), and to access your Pattern Library.
The Pattern Library:
Your Pattern Library can be found at https://crochetunion.com/my-account/downloads/ and contains all of your purchased patterns. You can redownload your PDFs at any time as long as you have an account with us. If you choose to delete your account at any point after creation, you will irrevocably lose access to the download links of your purchased patterns.
Reporting a Problem with a Pattern or Vendor:
If you find a listing for a pattern you believe does not meet the Pattern Requirements, please let the Crochet Union Team know by emailing us at crochetunion@gmail.com.
Please also report any Vendors you have good reason to believe are scrapers or aren’t following the Vendor Agreement.
Purchasing a Pattern on Crochet Union:

- Enter your information, if you haven’t done so on your Maker Dashboard.
- Check the “I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions” box.
- Click “Place Order”.

Communicating with Other Crochet Union Users
When communicating with Vendors, the Crochet Union Team, and other Makers, you agree to be kind and calm in all you say. We have a strict zero tolerance policy for bullying and unbecoming conduct.
Leaving a Review:
After purchase of a pattern, you can then choose to review that pattern or that Designer’s shop. When leaving a review, be honest and kind. Reviews that are deemed unfair will be removed by the Crochet Union Team. Reviews on a pattern should only contain ratings based solely on that specific pattern.
The Limitations of Crochet Union as a Marketplace:
Crochet Union is meant only to facilitate the buying and selling of PDF crochet patterns and nothing more. We are not responsible for anything that happens off of our website. We are also not responsible or liable for any damage resulting from misuse of our website or any content of our website.
